well it really depends. You need to visit Kelley Blue Book to plug in the info of the card to find it's value http://www.kbb.com/or you can take it to Carmax and have them appraise it for free, but generally they will offer less than what its worth.

It really depends on the part of the country you're in. I would suggest you visit edmunds web site: http://www.edmunds.com/tmv/used/1990/honda/index.html . This is the link to appraise the 1990 Honda models. There, you can appraise the vehicle based on which part of the country you're in. It is better than the Kelley Blue Book website because edmunds gives you the true market value for the vehicle based on your location.
