I would go with the B18 just for the fact that it is larger which in turn would give higher horsepower..especially if you plan to use forced induction, i.e. a supercharger or a turbocharger. Additionally, it may be a little easier to find a B18 than a B16 these days. Hope this helps!!

Okay well the B16 and the B18 i am assuming they are both Vtec. from personal events the B16 breaths better than the B18. use the B18 block with the B16 head then go natural you wont be let down in the power you make
