Default Does my civic have a bent valve or is it just the IACV?

So I was driving one night and the gas pedal got stuck to the ground. I didn't realize it until I went to switch gears and the rpms shot up and redlined for about 3-4 seconds then the engine cut off. It took me ahwile to start it up since, I had to get it home, and it was dieing when I would throw it into neuteral. Once I got home I let it rest and then turned it on to see if maybe my engine was dead. It turned on no problem but was idling funny and shortly after warming up wouldn't hold and die. There's no burnt oil, coolant, or check engine light but there is a noticeable ticking sound coming from the back part of the head and once warmed up will fluctuate idle around 800-200 and then die (it's a rebuilt stock d16z6 with about 75000 miles on it). Is this a bent valve, bad timing, or the IACV? Please help
