Default How do I diable the ABS on my 2002 CR-V?

I have a 2002 Honda CR-V and I would like to disable the ABS.

The problem with the car is when you push the brakes it feels like it is pulsing. I have replaced the brakes and rotors.

If you mean disable, find the ABS fuse and remove it. I would not recommend that. Though your brakes should perform like a standard brake system. ABS is an awesome safety feature and Honda is one of the best Companies in the world.

Could be tires or rear brakes creating the pulse as well. ABS would enact a fast buzzing noise and sensation on your foot. If the pulse is faster or slower with speed it is definitely not an ABS issue.
