Default 2001 Honda Civic Power Window Broken?

My dad fixed the actuator in the driver side door of my civic today and the windows wont go up using any of the control ports (Driver side, Passenger side, Rear Passenger Doors). No motor sound or anything. My assumption is that my dad forgot to plug an electronic back in or something along those lines. If anyone has some advice or suggestions on this I would really appreciate it. Thank you
