Default What gas Should I put in my 2007 Honda CR-V EX-L?

It is pre- owned and has over 57,000 miles on it. I've asked every person I possibly can at gas stations and it seems everyone has their own opinion. Could anyone give me a solid answer? Should I put 87, 89, or 93 from BP?

it should say it on your gas cap or on the fuel lid

but 87 is the recommended fuel

you can pay for higher octane but you will not gain anything but lose money
