Unfortunately for you it's extremely hard to achieve that. The only 4 cylinder sports cars that sound loud AND good are Subarus or Neons. Maybe changing the entire exhaust system from the headers to the tip would improve the sound and performance but you'd be looking to drop some cash on that setup and even then you might mess up the car.

I replaced the stock airbox on my 04 Accord with an Injen short ram intake at a cost of about $200. It is louder when I step on it and makes more of a throaty sound, but it's strangely quieter than stock when I let off. I reduced the intake pressure without modifying the exhaust at all and at a moderate cost. For a good sounding exhaust, look for a quality brand like Borla and listen to a demo of the actual sound. It's likely you can find that online.

Keep it stock, that's the best it will ever sound.

You see, the "ricer" sound comes not from anything you do to it, but from the engine itself. Because of the displacement, timing and firing order in the 4 cylinder engines, Honda's have that same unique ricey sound. Any changes to the exhaust or intake just amplify this.
