Default How much would a B20 for a 2001 Homda Civic LX be?

I'm about to buy a 01 Honda Civic and it has the stock D17A1 engine and I want something more powerful. Estimates?

You would be looking for a K swap, not a B swap. K swaps are common. I have seen the basic motor and trans sell for about $1000 then you need about $500 in misc parts and labot. I charge $3-500 for labor. so at least $2k to properly swap in a k, and that's if you get a deal on the motor and trans.
