Default Honda accord rear end noise?

My 92 accord makes a sqeaking noise when turning and sometimes like a clunk noise when going over bumps and sometimes a windings up noise. This all comes from the back and started happening at the same time and is alot worse when people are sitting in the backseat and about a month ago my tire blew out so i put a 15 inch rim on the back right side so for about a month i drove on 3 17 inch rims and 1 15 inch rim. And i got a new tire so now i have all 4 17 inch rims on and now its making these noises please help
