Default my 97 Accord has low idle problem when ac is on , is the iac adjustable?

I noticed a plug in the end of the iac , for adjustment or something else. The car runs ok except I have been getting a po171 (45) . Recently installed jdm engine and hoping to get all the bugs out. Thanks for reading

P0171 is the code for "fuel system too lean"that code normally comes up when there is moisture in the fuel pressure regulator. best way to fix it is to replace the fuel pressure regulator
