Default Tranmission Fluid burnt?

My car is a 05 honda, 120k miles. The transmission fluid is burnt also it is struggles to move in any gear. Does it means that I have to replace the transmission? Or is it necessary to try to replace the trans fluid?

transmission is gone changing fluid now is waist of time. honda had transmission problems between 98-07 it needs to be rebuilt. find local shop at ATRA.COM for more help
