Default Honda Civic 2008 high fuel consumption?

Excessive fuel consumption of my Honda Civic 2008

Buy an injector cleaner to pour un the gas tank. Check the air intake filter k&n is a brand if it needs replace should be done every 6 months. K&n is reusable just needs to be clean. Also get the spark plugs replace. That could help.
