Default I need to know why my 1992 Honda Prelude suddenly got stocked, all 4 brake caliper are...

...stocked so hard.? I was driving my 1991 Honda Prelude and i parked it for about 15 minutes, and when i was trying to drive it again, i could not move it.

Maybe transmission couldnt shift

Do you feel it go into gear? If all four calipers locked up my guess is your break pedal is stuck (hopefully) or your brake master cylinder is bad (unhopefully)
