Default What could be wrong with my honda magna clutch?

I bought a 1986 magna v45 from my uncle recently. I didn't realize the problems it had after he had dropped it at the gas station. The bike blew over with the gas nozzle in it so it has an akward dent in the mouth of the tank which is near impossible to pop out but that isn't the big problem. I can't get any pressure out of the clutch. I checked the reservoir and it has fluid(the correct DOT 3). I thought maybe it has bubbles in the line so I bleed the line and put all new fluid through it and it still has no pressure. It doesn't look like there is a leak anywhere so I'm not sure what to do. Also, the little screen piece that allows you to see fluid levels in the reservoir broke off on the brake handle, not the cluth. I was just wondering if someone had any advice on how to patch that as well. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

Lift the Magna onto its center stand. Turn the handlebars to the right until the clutch master cylinder, located on the left handlebar, is completely level. Remove the fluid reservoir lid from the clutch master cylinder, using a Phillips screwdriver. Pull the inner diaphragm out of the fluid reservoir by hand, then suck out the old brake fluid with a syringe. Fill the fluid reservoir to three-quarters of its maximum capacity with DOT 3 brake fluid.
