In US the common unit used is Farenheit.

It can easily be converted to any other units you listed.

Most temperature measuring device or temp gauge have Farenheit and Celsius.

Degrees is not a unit of temp. It is a measure of temp.

Example: The temp today is 79 degrees Farenheit or 26.111 degrees Celsius.
