Default 1990 honda civic Sir?

So I just bought my 1990 honda civic si 5 speed all stock with 27xxx miles... I would like to have it looking clean what are the first steps I should do to it "jdm"

The way to accomplish this is by lowering it so it is just above the 14 inch tires. Do not slam it or do anything stupid. Keep it simple and clean. Get Mugen mf-48 rims for a period correct look. Do not buy replica parts!
