Default How long will it take to fix the head on a honda civic dx 97?

I dropped it off to get the heads fixed, water was leaking in, I want to know how long the job would take or usually takes, I actually bed it for for , I dropped it off on July 30 @ 8:00am and I work til July 31 @ 5:00PM , will it be done by then? What will be done to it? And I'm paying between 400-450 is that the right price?

Angel, if they only have to replace the head gasket, probably 4 or 5 hours, if they have to re-surface the cylinder head, (take it to a machine shop and have the cylinder head surface ground flat), it make take longer depending on how fast the machine shop works, depending on where you took the car, that sounds like a fair price.
