Default Good brand for HID/Halo headlights?

I have a 2008 Honda Civic coupe and I'm looking to "upgrade" my ride. I already have nice blue LED lights under my dash and seats in the car and I want to get some headlights/foglights now too. I would really like to get Halo headlights and then get an HID kit somewhere in the 8,000k-10,000k range, to go with the "blue" theme of my car. However, I have no idea where to even start looking for the headlights or the kits. I've looked at Spyder but some people say their headlights are crap and will stop working, also some people say you cannot put HID lights in the Halo lights. So, I'm really looking for a good brand/company where I can buy some nice Halo headlights and also a good brand/company where I can purchase some HID lights/kit for the headlights. Also, I would really like to get some foglights for my car and put some HID's in those too, but have no idea if that's possible. I have between $1,500-$2,000 saved up and can always go into my bank account, so money is no issue for me. Thanks =)

Sorry to have to tell you this but "Halo" headlights, also known as "Angel Eyes" were developed by and intended for BMW. The after market offerings out there are generally cheap, inferior, made-in-China imitations. I've heard horror stories of installing them, and not only did they fail, but they rendered all the electrics 100% dead. Better check first of all, whether you need to upgrade your car's wiring harness before even attempting this upgrade.

Do some research. Visit some Honda Civic forums and find which brand is the best. Ebay HID kits are cheap, but are also low quality.

Phillips is a top brand of lighting in cars and houses. They do sell HID kits.
