Default Want to sue a Honda dealership?

So I got my 2010 Honda civic about a moth ago, and the salesman told me my plates would be at the dealership in 2 weeks max.

My plates are now expired, a moth has passed. I went there today with my stepdad and offered me a loner car, because the previous owner has now finished paying the loan and apparently the title of my car is at the bank, and the dealership cannot do anything about it. To conclude I couldn't rent a car or drive it because I'm not 21 yet and it's illegal to rent a car in no under 21, which I did not know. What kind of lawyer do I need to sue the dealership.????

My question is: How were you able to buy that car a month ago if there was a lein on it? That would've been illegal for the dealer to sell you the car.... Meaning the car wasn't yours. Something sounds fishy in your story or if this story is legit, you do need to read up on the laws in your area and take legal action against that dealership before you get screwed.
