To make it sound like a true ricer cut the muffler off and weld a metal coffee can on the exhaust tip. Oh and make sure that when you're driving you lean the seat back all the way back so it rests on the backseat and hold on to the steering wheel with one hand so you don't fall.

Seriously though there's nothing you can do to make it fast other than an engine swap or turbo

another stupid question by an idiot. how can I make it fast on a tiny little budget. if those words even come out of your mouth, then your wasting your time by even thinking about it. nothing you do short of a turbo kit or motor swap is a waste of time and money. those cars are not made to go fast, they are made for economical purpose. so unless you got about 2 grand laying around then for get about it going fast.

Headers, short ram intake, and catback exhaust. (Skunk 2 is in my opinion the most obnoxious)

In total this could be about a grand if you get cheap stuff, maybe more. power wise you are looking at 20hp give or take a few
