Default What's wrong with the windows on my 1996 honda accord?

Both the passenger and driver side windows are off track. The driver side window goes up and down fast so it can't be the regulator and motor. And the passenger side one is extremely slow going up. Half the time I need to help pull it up. I replaced the regator and motor but the same thing still happens. As it goes up the window kinda turns sideways and barely goes. When I waz replacing it I saw the two rods that hold the window rubber is really old and tight. What should I do?

Should have plastic bushings that keep glass straight in regulator check them. Then make sure ur actually in the tracks of door frame with it up and all the way down. Check for dirt and crap in the tracks, u can use w.d. 40 in the track. Ive seen lots that just need lube. G-luck
