How can I replace the Heater Core on my 1994 Honda Civic DX?

The only way you can pull the heater core is by taking off the dash most of the time. So if your handy with tools you in for a pretty long day.

Robert is right on my integra the heater core is rated at 11 flag hours. If you have a shop do it be prepared for a bill of about $700. Also there is a special tool the honda uses to ensure the dash goes back in without it squeaking after you re-install it. It can be done by the common man but its a job even my master mechanic ex avoids when possible.
