Default 1998 Honda Accord passenger door won't lock?

Starting about a couple months ago, my passanger door would only lock sometimes with the remote but recently it has been happening more often. Whenever I lock my doors with the remote about 30% of the time, the door won't on the passenger won't lock and I'll have to use my key to lock it. It seems to be doing that when I unlock my carbas well and I have to unlock it using the lock and unlock switch on my door. I thik it has to do with the passenger side specifically because the driver side door locks and unlocks fine with the remote. Anysuggestions?

The power door lock actuator for that door could be not getting power or may be going bad. The physical lock/latch assembly may also be starting to seize and can only be moved with the key being turned.
