Default Is a 2012 or 2013 Honda civic si a good first car?

I just got my permit and im looking at good first cars. If I got one if the two I would put a cold air intake and stock exhaust system. Im also graduating this year so would it be a good grad present and a sweet first car?

HECK YEAH!! Hey, my first car is a 1998 Honda civic and runs GREAT! No problems 164,000 miles and still going strong. Just imagine a 2012-2013! Hondas are honestly one of the best cars. They last a LONG time and sometimes pass down from family member to family member.

Yes that's a good first car but there really isn't any reason to put an intake and exhaust on it, you won't feel any power difference.

Of course. I have owned my 2012 Honda Civic LX sedan for one year now. And just two days ago I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic EX coupe for my sister. You can't go wrong with either one! Have fun, and enjoy the car. Take good care of it, and they'll never break! Honda's are amazing.

Yeah, its great I have an 05 RSX and for all this time it's never had a mechanical problem, incredibly fun to drive and also fast. Very easy to mod as well, and from what ive read the Civic Si is the same in those respects. It's a great, reliable fun and quick fwd sports car.
