Default My 99 accord pulls forward even in nutral.?

1999 Honda Accord 2.3L 5speed manual transmission Won't roll even with clutch pushed all the way in! Please help!

Need more details: Does the clutch pedal push in and spring back normally, or is it very soft? Can you shift through the gears normally with the clutch pedal pressed in?
