Default How many miles were on your 2003 Honda when you had to replace the A/C blower motor?

The wife's 2003 Honda Accords blower is going in and out and I was wondering when you had to replace yours.

Also , if you know , is it accessed from the cab or engine compartment .

Sounds more like bad connection. Motors usually stop all together or rotate slow when failing. If it intermittantly blows strong would assume conn. at motor of faulty switch. 99% are in cab under passenger dash.
