Default i have a 2005 honda civic that i am trying to have reprogrammed to the new ignition

column that was put in.? I took it to the dealership for them to reprogram the new switch to the car, and they said it wont work. What do i do now to get the car to start.

Sounds like the immobilizer unit is faulty. If that's the case, you'll need to replace it and try to reprogram that one.
