Default What ican i do to built a high compression d15b?

Im gonna rebuilt my d15b in my ef sedan. I want to do a mini me high compression built but i dont know what to do internaly, which pistons vales etc. what else can i do with the head to get high compression? Im in a budget so price limit is a must.

cam gears, cam shafts, crank shafts, high compression pistons, titanium valves, port & polish the head. Bore & stroke the motor, because higher revs means higher HP.

Just remove the head and have the bottom milled to decrease the cylinder volume; that increases compression. But beware: any changes with compression on those D series heads (especially milling them) tends to cause the engine to burn a lot of oil afterward. I have seen it many times.
