Default 2003 Honda Accord A/C blower goes on and off by it's self . Have you heard of this happening?

and is there a common cause?

Blower works and responds to controls fine and then shuts down for awhile , then comes back on.

Is this a common Honda problem ?

i've seen this on gm heavy trucks. i think its caused by a bad resistor on the motor. no idea if this applies to your situation. good luck.
