Default just a brand new Honda but?

right headlight and the hood are out of adjustment 1 headlight is like little out and 1 side of the hood is lower then the other side not even how is this possible when it leaves the factory? the car is built in here in the USA

I'd have the dealer adjust them under warranty. They can sublet the work to a body shop if the dealer doesn't have one on site.
