Default Civic 04 plate shaking, loud exhaust and eml flashing?

Hi guys I have an 04 plate Honda civic 1.6vtec sport. The engine management light has been on for a few months I got it diagnosed and got told it was the lambda sensors so got them both replaced and the eml stayed on. Today I was driving and the car was very shaky and the exhaust sounded very loud like an impreza and the engine management light was flashing constantly . Any ideas as to what's wrong ? Cheers

If the exhaust note is too loud. There could be a loose bolt somewhere along the piping. Either that, or there is a hole in the muffler.
