A/C squeal can be a result of over charge of freon, a bad clutch on the compressor, excess bind at another pulley that reacts to the lock in of the clutch., wrong belt and not fitting correctly to hold tension, bad automatic tensioner with week spring back strength. and of course oil on the belt possibly leaked out from compressor head.
