Default No remote wire hookup in a 1997 Honda Accord?

I have a 1997 Honda Accord I just put a stereo in and cant get it to turn on. I need to connect the remote wire and cannot find it. Any suggestions?

Remote wire is connected to an external Amplifier. It does not power the stereo.
