Default Estimate for restoring a third generation Accord?

I'm wondering how much it would cost to restore the exterior of my 1989 Honda Accord LX sedan. The inside of the car looks almost as if it came from the factory so I wouldn't need to do anything for that.

About how much would it cost to fix a couple of small dents on the fenders, rust damage to one of the "skirts", replace the front and rear bumpers (too many scratches), and redo the silver metal and rubber lining of all the windshields? I want to make this car look like new.

Go to the body shop and find out. Price will vary depending on the location and the shop.
