Default 1999 Honda Prelude sound?

alright so ive had my prelude for a while now and its been making this strange wu wu wu wu noise. it sounds like its coming from something rotating. it only happens when the car is moving. i cant be idling it and have the noise. it speeds up and slows down as the car does... i know the most obvious answer is the tires. but i don't think thats it. has anyone else had this problem? if so was it the tires or something else. thanks
