Default Why won't my honda civic 2006 turn on?

The car is dead even with a jump it starts then immediately dies. The battery is new and it does not appear to be the alternator. They are now attempting to change the fuel pump. What else would cause the car to be fully dead.

download the ecu codes & see what it "thinks" the problem is
