Default Lights dimmed, and dashboard lights came on?

I have a 1998 Honda Accord EX 3.0 V6. This morning, on my way to work, the headlights suddenly dimmed and the dashboard lights came on- Check Engine, Battery, Brake, and the open door/trunk. The lights stayed dimmed, and the dashboard lights are still on. The car still cranked good, ran good, stereo and ac works, power windows and seats have no problems or delays. Any idea what could have caused it?

Some of those cars have lots of problems with the Gem Module. And even though your Alternator is new it could be faulty or have a loose connection on it's wiring.
