Default 94 honda accord slim fans?

i have an accord and i want to upgrade to slim fans. i live in the desert were it gets up to 120 in the summer. ive been reading on forums that slim fans are worse than the stock ones. is this true? the fans are rated at 1200 cfm. btw are the stock fans "push" or "pull" type?

They pull and of course they are worse they are generally half the size. It's meant for when you go turbo so none of the piping gets in the way. So unless you are going turbo keep your OEM fan
