Default Which Vtec is best for my 1990 Civic Lx ?

Currently in my car I have a 4 cylinder 1500cc, pumping out 80hp at my front wheels, I need something a little bit faster, there are many vtec's to choose from, but I don't know which ones will fit or connect right, any tips of which motor would be great and prices. Thank you
