Default My honda civic ac is not cooling, i checked the pressure and is very hi, what can i do?

troubleshoot the ac fan. not the blower, i suspect when you have problems it gets humid.

If the low side pressure is high, (about equal to the high side), but there is no cooling, then the freon is not being released into the evaporator.















That can either be because the electronic valve is burned out, the cpu climate control for the valve is bad, or there is water in the freon and it is iced over.















You can manually hot wire the valve, feel it click, and tell if it is the control or the valve.















If there is ice, then you can warm the orifice with a candle, and it will start to hiss and cool.















If it is ice, you have to purge the system with a vacuum pump, and refill.

Bring it in. You checked it how? with what? at what temperature? running how long? low side hi or hi side hi? You're gonna hurt yourself. Bring it in.

If the freon levels is okay and its still not blowing cool air. Then bring it in and have the AC filter checked for leaks. The filter for the AC is located inside the dash, behind the glove comparment.
