Is there a way to start my 1996 Honda Accord without the automatic key?

If you mean immobilizer, then no. If the correct key is not present (detected by a wireless device inside the key itself) the fuel system and starter are disabled from the ECU.

a 96 Accord does not use an immobilizer, they first started that in 98. what do you mean by "automatic" key?
