Default I have a 2000 honda accord and i wanted to know if i should put in a b18 b20 or a h22?

I have a 2000 honda accord its a coupe and i just wanted to know what the best swap is that i could put into it. I have heard from most people that i should put a h22 in it.Or should i put the k20 in. I know that it is a more expensive engine but i do want to turbo and im not sure that the b20 would hold up to that

Thanks for the help

Someone asked this same exact question couple days ago and I will say the same thing ago. Do not install a B-series engine into an accord. Waste time/money/investment. If you want easy power, go with a nice turbo set up. If you want to stay NA, H22/H23 will be your best selection.

A b20 has less power than your stock motor, that swap makes no sense.

Use a H22 or K series.

Don't argue with a dependable car unless you have another daily driver, Assuming you do and this is just a toy i agree with fong, go with forced induction it will be silly fast, (and hard to control due to front wheel drive) I no you don't want to go that route so then just don't mess with it, it will become a not much faster money pit,, that kind of stuff will only typically hurt resale also,, most people including myself would only buy an unmolested vehicle,

If you put a b18 in an accord, its going to do 25 second quarter miles. Put none of the above cause the engine you have is bigger than the h22. Sell the accord. Buy a hatch, put an h22 that that MF and then you will have a beast. Turbo it, and then you will be unbeatable (most of the time). We did that with a del sol and it did 13's stock.
