Default 99 civic fuel pump relay clicking?

The fuel pump relay is clicking and the car wont start, it turns over, but it just wont start

The relay constantly clicks if I am turning the key, It doesn't just click for a couple of seconds, I can hear the fuel pump kick in, and i am getting pressure past the filter, and on the fuel rail, its like my car just isnt getting the gas to start, everything else is fine

Open fuel pipe from fuel rail, turn key switch ON is fuel coming out if yes, system is ok and battery is low. If still clicking and fuel doesn?t come there will be possibly short circuit in the wiring check for some expert electrician or temporary give direct + supply to fuel pump and take car to workshop.

The fuel pump relay, also called the "main" relay, is one of the most troublesome pieces in that era Honda. See the source for more about it and a test - essentially, if you do not hear three clicks the relay is not working. You will notice from the description of how it works that the fuel pump only runs for two seconds when the ignition is turned on, while cranking, and for only two seconds after cranking if the engine does not start. An awful lot of people think the fuel pump is bad and replace it because it is not running when they think it should be.
