Default What rims would fit a 97 honda civic?

I have a 97 Honda civic all stock. I looking to put rims on it but i do not want it to scrap or anything. I have been told that if i go to a size 16 that it would be fine. I also have been told that it depends on the dimension. I don't want really big rims and if anyone could tell me of a good brand. I'm looking for a nice blue color rim. My theme is black and blue so I don't know if i should go all blue rim or just the lip.
