Default 2012 Honda Civic Fuel Economy Tanking?

I got a 2012 Honda Civic at the beginning of July. When I first got the car it was getting about 38 mpg. Now it is at like 30mpg. It has 6,100 miles on it and I haven't changed my oil because the Maintenance Minder is still at 40%. This is quite a hefty drop. My driving pattern hasn't really changed, I checked my tire pressure, and the car seems to be running normal. Is there anything I should be concerned about/check?

Lots of factors will affect mpg. Even though the mileage is low, check the engine air filter and make sure it is not clogged. Have the car's computer checked for any error codes. Even though the MIL may not be lit, there could be "temporary" codes stored for an impending problem. Also, if you live in an area that gets snow, the gas stations are likely using their "winter blend" of gas (probably have been since November), and that can lower fuel economy.
