Default I am looking for a cat-back exhaust system for my 2001 Honda Prelude, Any suggestions?

I want something that looks good, sounds good (not to loud but intimidating as you would say I guess), and the main factor is one that is REASONABLY PRICED

You should go with Greddy or Tanabe. Those are good brands with a good reputation.
