Default 2009 Odyssey keeps backfiring?

My Odyssey keeps backfiring and shooting flames out of the muffler. I tried replacing the timing belt, I got my AC recharged, new cabin filter, and I got my tires rotated and balanced. I don't know what else to do to fix it

Ive heard that it could be the spark plugs of a cars engine (the spark to light the gas up) and either they are bad or they are firing at the wrong times, that's about all i know. Check out the video down below, and look on this guys channel, he may have answers to back firing engines and other problems
