Basically it means drilling a new hole, putting in a new plug, in a different area. I would advise against this as you don't seem to know much about cars. To fix your stript screw get a coil(forgot the name at this moment) to rethread the screw hole, or just buy a new oil pan and gasket.

exactly what sky said. i had an 89 crx and im really confused as to what hole your talking about(that sounded wrong on so many levels.) if anything is stripped. take it to a napa machine shop they do an extremely good job at a reasonable price if its a part you could get out

if its the oil pan like what he suggested i know for a fact you could find a new oil pan and gasket for less than 50 bucks on ebay.
