Default Do Honda Accord V6 and 4 cylinder use the same brakes?

Front and back I want to buy the axxis ultimates

It depends on the year, 95-97 as well as 03+ should use the same rears but not fronts. 98-02 are front and back are both different.

I agree, it depends. Why not visit a car repair shop so that you can ask them. Nothing is better than advice from experts.
