Default My 94 prelude won't start?

My 94 preluyde won't start. The dash in the car won't show, the starter won't turn over but there is battery power and gas still. Anyone have ideas? I was told a main relay....

although you have battery power, it might be too flat to operate the starter,

but if it is a relay, these are normally in the engine compartment in a plastic case close to the battery, the only way of proving them is replacement, sometimes you might have two of the same rating,if so, switch them around and see what you get
